CMBS Trading Desk VP & Strategist

PowerToFly is seeking a highly talented CMBS-focused trading desk strategist/analyst to work closely with traders in New York's fast-paced trading environment. Responsibilities include developing analytics and valuation frameworks to support secondary market trading.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate fundamentals and be capable of identifying investment opportunities. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of relevant experience are required.
Salary is expected between $225,000 - $250,000 per year, determined individually, along with comprehensive employee benefits.
