Position Summary:

The RHTP Project Manager will partner directly with the client to drive RHTP-funded initiatives, ensuring alignment with community priorities, governance, and culture while providing essential technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Tracking: Build and maintain work plans, timelines, milestones, and implementation trackers.
• Risk & Progress Monitoring: Track progress, identify risks, and drive solutions for RHTP-funded activities.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication and meetings among the client's leadership, community partners, and state agencies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Track deliverables, performance metrics, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
• Community & Technical Support: Connect staff with resources, support community engagement to center the client's perspectives, and assist with procurement and administrative coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Background working with Tribal governments, Indigenous communities, or culturally diverse populations (highly desirable) .
• Knowledge of public health, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and independent multi-organization coordination.

Work Environment

• Based in direct partnership with the client.
• Hybrid schedule (roughly 3 days onsite, 2 days remote), finalized collaboratively based on operational needs and workplace policies.
