Sr. Business Analyst (AI/Data Modernization)

Neos is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (AI / Data Modernization) for a long‑term contract role with our client in Austin, TX. Hybrid onsite (days subject to hiring manager). Only candidates currently residing in the Austin, TX area will be considered. Description Of Services Seeking an intermediate to senior Business Analyst for a staff augmentation engagement supporting strategic initiatives across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, and Enterprise Technology modernization. This role will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define business needs, facilitate requirements, analyze processes, support strategic planning, and help deliver enterprise‑wide solutions. Details 12‑month contract with potential for renewal Austin, Texas Hybrid work environment Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience on technology‑focused initiatives Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects Strong ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross‑functional discussions Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and recommendations Experience assessing and improving business processes Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level communication Experience working with technical teams, product owners, project managers, architects, and business stakeholders Experience supporting Agile and/or Scrum delivery teams Desired Experience AI strategy, governance, or implementation initiatives Data governance, data management, reporting, analytics, or modernization efforts Enterprise technology implementations or modernization programs Microsoft ecosystem experience (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Foundry, etc.) Large enterprise or public‑sector environments Key Success Factors Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Comfortable navigating ambiguous or evolving requirements Ability to connect business objectives with technology solutions Skilled at building relationships and gaining stakeholder alignment #J-18808-Ljbffr Neos Consulting Group
