Daily Responsibilities: Supports the physicians by providing clinical and administrative assistance Obtains and documents patient histories Triages and assesses client health concerns to determine appropriate response Assesses and reports vital signs and measurements; collects specimens Prepares examination rooms; sets up and maintains medical equipment and supplies Obtains authorization for prescriptions as required by insurance carriers Certified OR Registered Medical Assistant through ARMA, AMT OR AAMA 2+ years of MA experience from primary care/internal medicine/ OR specialty practice!
