Line & Prep Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced  Line / Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Line / Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience is a plus
