Salary: $14.05- $17.00 D.O.E.

Are you passionate about automobiles and have a keen eye for detail? CDJR of Hermiston, a leading automotive dealership in the Hermiston area, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are displayed attractively and in a tidy manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any damages or issues with vehicles on the lot.
• Coordinate the movement of vehicles within the lot as directed by management.
• Keep inventory records up to date and assist with the preparation of vehicles for test drives.
• Work closely with the Sales and Service departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly greeting and assisting customers when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient lot operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in a similar role or the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
