Pharmacy Platforms Product Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Define product scope and roadmap
- Partner closely with other team members to define product requirements
- Collaborate with UX and engineering to support design and development
- Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing
- Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process
- Make presentations to stakeholders, steering committees, and/or project sponsors
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, information systems management, computer engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years digital product management experience.
- Experience working with the product development lifecycle.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to various levels within an organization.
- Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Experience in healthcare or enterprise B2B products preferred.
- Experience with platform supporting two-sided marketplace and v1 product preferred.
- Number of Hours per Week: 40. At times, the work may require 40+ hours (~5 additional hours / week) but we won't expect the PM to spend the extra time unless they are able to.
Typical workday & overview of the project that this contractor will be working on:
As a member of the Pharmacy Platforms team, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of an industry-leading platform and digital products that helps our pharmacy team deliver better patient experience on a daily basis. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to identify and prioritize product features and define product requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with the UX, engineering, and other enterprise teams to help deliver them.
What does the interview process look like for you:
2 to 3 virtual 60 minute interviews with product managers and/or cross-functional team members (e.g. UX, engineering, and stakeholders) depending on the candidate & role.
