Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and reassessments for students referred for occupational therapy
• Create and implement individualized goals and intervention strategies aligned with each student’s IEP
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and guidance to students, teachers, and parents
• Document progress and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering input and recommendations to optimize student support
• Engage in multi-disciplinary teamwork, sharing OT expertise to enhance student engagement and learning
• Offer classroom-based interventions to promote fine motor skills, self-care, sensory integration, and academic success
