Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapist

PT Location: Oro Valley, AZ Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5 Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $59 - $63/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Oro Valley, AZ. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:

• Complete required documentation directly with the facility outside of the standard clearance packet before being cleared to start the assignment
• Obtain permanent state license upon arrival if starting with a compact license; permanent license required for South Carolina assignments (no compact accepted)
• Must not have worked at the facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year to be eligible for placement
• Candidates with previous work history at the facility as a traveler or permanent/PRN staff more than one year prior must be verified for rehire eligibility before submission
• Work 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
• Meet credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA
• Maintain relevant experience in the applicable setting
• Hold an active state license
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to facility dress code as provided during first-day orientation
• Follow facility parking procedures as provided during first-day orientation
• Provide a minimum 30-day notice as required by the assignment agreement
• Submit to weekly billing cycle requirements
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures throughout the duration of the assignment
