Cassandra Strings, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable, organized, and dependable musician to join our School Services team in Algonquin, Illinois. This position involves working directly with school band and orchestra directors, coordinating instrument rentals, exchanges and repairs, preparing and delivering instruments to schools, responding promptly to emails and telephone calls, creating invoices, and assisting with school recruitment events during our spring and fall seasons.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, and enjoys working collaboratively in a small-business environment. A bachelor's degree, proficiency in an orchestral string or band instrument, strong computer skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record are required. Proficiency in an orchestral string instrument is strongly preferred.

This part-time position averages approximately 30 hours per week, primarily Monday through Thursday, with one Saturday every four weeks and occasional additional hours for school events.
