Financial Manager

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time Financial Manager will own and improve financial management processes, including budgeting, reporting, and financial control, while working remotely from anywhere in the world. Key responsibilities Own the company's budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes Prepare and present P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance reports to the management board Monitor key financial metrics and proactively identify financial risks and opportunities for improvement Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or a similar role Proven track record of managing a company's finance function, including budgeting and reporting Experience working directly with executive leadership and reporting financial performance Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment
