Python with GCP

Akkodis is seeking a Python with GCP for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will develop and deploy scalable backend services and data pipelines on GCP while ensuring efficient cloud-native operations .

Rate Range: $45/hour to $46/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Python with GCP Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Build and manage data pipelines using GCP tools like BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications using GKE, Cloud Run, or App Engine.
• Implement event-driven architecture using Pub/Sub and Cloud Functions for real-time processing.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in Python development and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong expertise in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and building scalable backend services.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services (BigQuery, GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub) along with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tools.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $46.00 per hour
