RN Weekend Supervisor

RN Supervisor - Weekend Shift Location: Pinehurst, NC Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our weekend team. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while supporting and guiding clinical staff in a fast-paced long-term care environment. Position Overview As the RN Supervisor, you will oversee clinical operations during your assigned shifts, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant resident care. You will serve as a key leader, supporting nursing staff and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation Supervise and support Nursing Assistants and nursing staff during weekend shifts Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team Ensure compliance with care plans, facility policies, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care and outcomes Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina Current CPR certification Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience required Graduate of an accredited nursing program Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members What We Offer $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid out over the first year) Competitive pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance About Us The Greens at Pinehurst is a Great Place to Work Certified facility known for its supportive, team-oriented culture.
