Join to apply for the Store Counter Sales role at NAPA Auto Parts We are more than just a Parts Store and are seeking talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate , you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. You don’t need to be an expert in tearing down engines—though that’s a plus—but a background in automotive parts is helpful. This role offers a great opportunity whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full- or part-time, or explore other career paths within our company.
