Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and create personalized therapy plans that empower them to achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Effective Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities for your patients.
• Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic care that addresses all aspects of a patient's health.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in therapy methodologies to enable ongoing progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust as Necessary: Monitor and document clinical outcomes, adapting treatment strategies to meet patient needs effectively.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development through additional certifications is welcomed and supported.

Licensure and Certifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
