Key Responsibilities of the RN - CVICU - Travel

• Manage post-operative cardiac patients, including those with CABG and valve replacements
• Oversee thoracic surgeries and vascular patient care
• Monitor invasive lines and cardiac rhythms
• Administer cardiac medications and manage ventilators/trachs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - CVICU - Travel

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Three years' ICU experience, with at least one year in CVICU
• Competency in invasive line monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Preferred: CCRN certification and CV surgical experience
