Job description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll . The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams to support, enhance, and optimize PeopleSoft HCM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, North American Payroll, Payroll Taxation, and Payroll Processing .

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead functional analysis, design, and implementation activities within PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll.
2. Gather and document business requirements from HR and Payroll stakeholders.

Configure and support:

1. • Core HR
   • Workforce Administration
   • Benefits Administration
   • Time & Labor
   • North American Payroll
2. Support payroll processing, payroll validation, reconciliation, and year-end activities.
3. Analyze and resolve production support issues.
4. Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend system improvements.
5. Coordinate UAT activities and stakeholder sign-offs.
6. Create functional specifications for technical development teams.
7. Support integrations with third-party benefits, timekeeping, and payroll vendors.
8. Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Required Qualifications

1. 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
2. 5+ years of PeopleSoft Payroll experience.

Strong functional expertise in:

1. • Core HR
   • Benefits Administration
   • Workforce Administration
   • Time & Labor
   • North American Payroll
2. Experience with payroll taxation and regulatory compliance.
3. Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
4. Experience leading workshops and process improvement initiatives.

Position: Salesforce BA

Location: Fort Mill, SC

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
• Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications.
• An analytical problem solver who knows and employs all declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.
• Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Position: Salesforce Lead Developer

Location: Fort Mill, SC

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 15+ years of experience
• 8+ years' experience with Salesforce Platform
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations.
• Experience with building Apex Classes, Triggers, and Unit Tests
• Experience with building Salesforce Lightning Web Components required.
• Experience with building Salesforce Flows an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Position: Full Stack .NET Engineer + AI

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

• 60% .NET Fullstack and 40% AI
• Having Full Stack .NET engineer, with good hands-on experience with TypeScripts, SQL etc.
• Must have AI/ML working experience to create and use AI Agent for day to day work, designing and developing AI enabled applications for the business (preferable HealthCare).
