Profiles Creative is partnering with one of the world's fastest-growing premium consumer brands to recruit a talented Designer for its America Marketing team. As the sole designer dedicated to the North America Marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand is experienced across the region. You'll own creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery, producing impactful design across digital, retail and integrated marketing channels while collaborating closely with the established UK creative team to ensure consistency across global campaigns. This is a genuinely influential role where you'll have the autonomy to make creative decisions, contribute campaign ideas and help drive the next phase of growth across multiple brands and future product launches. The Role Working closely with the North America Marketing, eCommerce and Product teams, while partnering with the UK creative function, you'll create engaging, performance-driven creative across a wide variety of channels. You'll be trusted to manage projects independently, balancing creativity with commercial objectives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Creative Development & Execution Design and deliver high-quality creative across paid and organic social media. Produce CRM and lifecycle marketing assets. Create retail and eCommerce creative, including Amazon content, PDPs, digital banners and campaign assets. Design OOH advertising, point-of-sale and in-store marketing materials. Translate creative briefs into platform-specific assets that drive engagement, conversion and brand awareness. Contribute ideas to campaign development and creative strategy. Act as the dedicated designer for the North America Marketing team, taking ownership of projects from concept through to final delivery. Collaborate closely with the UK creative team to ensure consistency across global campaigns while adapting creative for the North American market. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, eCommerce and Product teams to deliver against commercial priorities. Present creative concepts confidently and communicate design decisions to internal stakeholders. Brand & Quality Maintain exceptional creative standards across every output. Apply and uphold brand guidelines across multiple brands and campaigns. Ensure all creative meets technical specifications, regulatory requirements and platform best practices. Proof and quality-check all assets before delivery. Continuously look for ways to improve creative processes and ways of working. Experience Around 5+ years' experience within an agency or in-house creative team. A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, brand design and performance marketing creative. Experience designing for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms. Retail or eCommerce design experience would be highly advantageous. Technical Skills Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). Working knowledge of Figma. Experience with After Effects and/or Premiere Pro would be a bonus. Confident designing across multiple formats, channels and aspect ratios. You'll Also Bring A strong eye for typography, layout and visual hierarchy. The ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Confidence working independently and taking ownership of your work. Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with remote international teams. Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Slack or similar. Why Apply?
