Travel RN - Endoscopy

Location: Wichita, KS

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7A - 5:30P, with additional on-call requirements.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Travel RN with experience in Endoscopy to join our dedicated team. The RN will primarily work in the Endoscopy Laboratory, providing care to patients undergoing various endoscopic procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, and EBUS.
• Perform infection control measures and manual cleaning of endoscopes.
• Collaborate with the intra-op team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor patients pre and post-procedure, maintaining a 1:2 RN-patient ratio.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care Endo RN experience.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience with Olympus scopes and reprocessing preferred.
• PACU experience is a plus.
