Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly evaluate students for speech and language disorders
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Conduct engaging therapy sessions focused on targeted speech and language goals
• Diligently monitor and document all aspects of student progress
• Work seamlessly alongside educators, therapists, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Foster collaboration and understanding by involving and educating families in the therapy process

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible state licensure as required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is desirable
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proven capacity to function independently and as part of a supportive team
