Sr Accountant

Senior AccountantA growing organization is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional with strong general accounting experience who enjoys owning key month-end activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting.What You'll Do:Manage and support the month-end close processPrepare and record accruals and journal entriesPerform general accounting functions and account reconciliationsManage depreciation and fixed asset accountingResearch and resolve accounting discrepanciesSupport financial reporting and other accounting projects as neededWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred3+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principlesExperience with month-end close, accruals, and reconciliationsStrong Excel skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet deadlines
