As a Branch Manager, you will play an important role in providing outstanding service to cfsbank customers. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to needs, applying your financial knowledge, and offering appropriate solutions to support their goals. In addition to contributing to the overall success of the branch, you will have opportunities to take ownership of your professional growth through ongoing training and development.
Summary: Oversees all aspects of managing a branch office including staff leadership, lending, branch functionality, community involvement, product sales, and profitability and growth, while providing positive customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the staff with hiring, development and scheduling, which includes conducting performance reviews.
- Takes loan applications (residential mortgage/construction/consumer/home equity) and handles closing.
- Opens new accounts, both retail and commercial.
- Knowledge and sale of deposit and digital products, including consumer and business.
- Responsible for branch audits and overall operations of the branch.
- Business development and outbound sales for business services (merchant, credit cards, business accounts).
- Ensure profitability and growth of office.
- Active participation in local community and professional organizations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Multitask and have excellent time management skills
- Focus on customer service and lead by example
- Show strong attention to detail
- Minimum 3 years branch management experience
