What You'll Do

As a Housekeeper, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities
• Inspect rooms and report rooms ready for sale to the Front Desk
• Dust and clean all guest room furnishings and fixtures
• Check room conditions and report maintenance concerns or damages
• Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies in a safe and organized manner
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
• Handle guest concerns courteously and effectively
• Promote a positive guest experience through friendly and helpful service
• Assist with laundry operations and public area cleaning
• Complete deep-cleaning assignments as directed
• Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
• Wear required uniform and name tag
• Maintain personal cleanliness and professional appearance
• Work cooperatively with team members and other departments
• Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
• Support the Mission, Vision, and Values of the company
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Equipment Experience

• Prior experience operating commercial washers and dryers is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals, vacuums, and other housekeeping equipment
