If you're the person everyone turns to when things get complicated, this role is for you. TEKsystems is partnering with a top financial institution to bring on a Branch Call Support Consultant who can think fast, stay sharp, and deliver great service-especially when it matters most.
You'll be the go-to problem solver supporting branch teams and customers, taking on everything from everyday questions to tricky escalations.
What Your Day Might Look Like
  • Jumping into high-volume calls and helping customers find quick, clear solutions
  • Stepping in when situations escalate and turning them around
  • Partnering with branch staff and internal teams to solve problems
  • Navigating multiple systems while keeping everything organized
  • Closing the loop on issues so nothing falls through the cracks

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of call center or banking/branch experience
  • Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
  • Experience handling escalations or high-priority issues
  • Familiarity with systems and technology tools
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends or holidays

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
