Position: Industrial & Manufacturing Engineers (Must own MacBook)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50$60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 1020 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Complete and narrate real industrial and manufacturing engineering tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models .
• Evaluate and improve AI model performance using process operations and production engineering workflows.
• Utilize process design lean/Six Sigma and production planning to enhance model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance .
• Provide structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor running macOS 15 or higher.
• Degree in Industrial Manufacturing or Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with process design lean/Six Sigma production planning quality control or supply chain analysis .
• Currently pursuing or recently completed Masters studies or have 2-3 years of relevant experience Bachelors from a prestigious institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
