Strategic HR Business Partner: Talent, Compliance & Growth

A leading beverage company in Houston is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to manage HR functions within their business unit. This role includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and policy compliance. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in HR and at least 8 years of HR experience, with a preference for manufacturing. Excellent communication skills and confidentiality are crucial.
