Travel Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical

Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Role & Responsibilities Provide compassionate patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. Manage patient conditions, administer treatments, chart accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Float to other units as needed and work scheduled shifts. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg experience. Active RN license; certifications including BLS (required) and PALS, ACLS, CPI (preferred). Experience with charting systems, IV management, wound care, telemetry, and various medical procedures. Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:5 and 1:4 on a rotating schedule. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills. Key Duties Patient assessment, medication administration, documentation, and supporting patient recovery.
