The Farmers Insurance Richard Rappa District Office is seeking an accomplished professional to develop and operate an insurance agency serving Americus and the surrounding community. This opportunity is designed for someone ready to use their sales, leadership, and business-development experience to build an organization of their own.

This is an agency ownership opportunity not a salaried executive position.

Enhanced compensation with a 340% multiplier on top of standard commissions

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

Create and execute strategies for agency growth
Build a sales pipeline through marketing, networking, referrals, and community engagement
Recommend Property & Casualty and Life insurance solutions
Develop lasting relationships with individuals and local businesses
Establish production, revenue, and team-development goals
Recruit, coach, and retain sales professionals
Build referral partnerships with community and business leaders
Develop systems that support retention, recurring revenue, and continued growth

Requirements

Who Were Looking For

Executives, sales leaders, business owners, or experienced business-development professionals
Proven performers who know how to build pipelines and close business
Servant leaders who can recruit, coach, and develop a team
Entrepreneurial professionals comfortable with accountability and business ownership
Candidates with Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or a willingness to obtain them

Insurance experience is beneficial but not required. The strongest candidates will bring leadership ability, business judgment, relationship-building skills, and a willingness to follow a proven development process.
