Owner Operator Gross Pay:

• Expect OTR avg gross $5K to $8K+ per week in this post‑COVID market.
• We conserve fuel, book shorter runs, and avoid long hauls – 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week.
• Most average owners earn $6K to $7K weekly even in this weak market.
• Team drivers make 1.7 times more gross per peak, peaking at about $13K per week. We may consider hiring teams but currently not conducive.

Wanted:

• Owner Operators with 2+ years of experience and reliable trucks. Newer guys are given a shot; old‑school truckers highly desired.

Regions:

• Lower 48 with primary focus on Midwest, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, and West. 100% optional high‑paying Canadian loads for qualified applicants.

Gross Earnings:

• Normally $260,000 to $364,000 per year gross.

Job Description:

• Must have Class A CDL; additional endorsements are a bonus.
• Must have 2+ years CDL experience.
• Must have clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
• Must have a reliable tractor; trailers rented if you don’t own one.

Driver Requirements:

• Truck driving is demanding; must be healthy, willing, and able.
• Minimum 23 years old.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Valid CDL Class A with no pending suspensions.
• Must work with modern ELD systems.
• Must pass a drug test; no acceptations.
• Valid medical card issued.
• Stable work history and good references.
• No more than 3 moving violations or accidents in last 3 years.
• No failed or refused drug/alcohol test in last 4 years.
• No DWI’s, DUI’s, or BAC’s in last 4 years.
• No reckless driving convictions in last 3 years.
• No license suspension for points or unpaid tickets in last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations during last year.
• Provide at least 3 years of work history; non‑driving work history verified.

Gross Earnings Explained:

We estimate normal solo driver gross earnings at $5,000 to $8,000+ per week (consistent from Q4 2023 to Q4 2024). Earnings depend on availability and miles driven. We book loads at an average of $2.30+ per mile (weekly averages with front and back haul). Rates vary by freight demand, season, geography, and market conditions. Some loads earn much higher, but consistency varies. Owners who drive continually make more; those who drive less earn less. Our dispatch team is dedicated to securing top dollar year‑round, so the more you drive, the more both parties gain.
