Key Responsibilities of the RN - Wound Care

• Consulting with patients and providing specialized care for wound, ostomy, and/or continence needs
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilizing Cerner for accurate and effective record-keeping

Requirements of the RN - Wound Care

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in wound care specialty
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification
• Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWOCN) certification
