NOW HIRING: Practice Administrator – Multi-Site Fertility Practice Full-Time, On-Site Leadership Opportunity for Multiple Clinics Including: Woodbury, Edina, & Maple Grove Reproductive Medicine & Infertility Associates (RMIA) is seeking a strategic and operationally driven Practice Administrator to oversee the business and operational functions of a growing three-location fertility practice. This leadership role will partner closely with physician ownership to support: Multi-site operations Financial performance & business analytics Revenue cycle management Team leadership & organizational development Patient experience initiatives Workflow and systems optimization We’re looking for a healthcare operations leader who can balance strategy with execution while helping build scalable infrastructure in a highly specialized and patient-centered healthcare environment. Preferred experience includes: Multi-site medical practice leadership Specialty healthcare, women’s health, or fertility experience Financial and operational management Team leadership and organizational growth Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually Compensation is based on experience, leadership background, industry expertise, and overall qualifications.
