This person will also serve as a key integrator for new business coming through the pipeline and will be responsible for onboarding large-scale practice groups, ensuring seamless integration from proposal through filing.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with privately held and private equity-backed healthcare companies, serving as a trusted primary tax advisor.Perform technical reviews of federal, state, and local tax returns of varying complexity.Provide tax modeling and consulting for mergers, acquisitions, and equity transactions.Review operating agreements, LOIs, purchase agreements, and other legal documents to identify tax efficiencies and mitigate risk.Lead onboarding and integration of large healthcare practice groups ranging from 20 to 100+ locations.Monitor engagement economics, including budgeting, billing, and collections.Recruit, develop, and motivate team members while building a pipeline of “ready-now” leaders.Partner with internal departments to provide comprehensive business solutions and identify growth opportunities.Build and leverage a professional network within the healthcare and private equity communities.Manage multiple complex engagements while consistently meeting client expectations.Ideal Candidate ProfileActive CPA strongly preferred.
