Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a meaningful contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 academic year, supporting K-12 students as a School Psychologist. This full-time role will run from August 7, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a focus on conducting student evaluations and professional report writing. You'll work closely with educators and families to foster student wellness and success, making a genuine impact every day.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Florida DOE certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12th grade students, preferably in a school setting
- Proficiency in psychological evaluations, report writing, and interpreting assessment results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments for a variety of learning, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Prepare timely, detailed evaluation reports in accordance with state, district, and legal guidelines
- Provide consultative support and recommendations to teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and other collaborative planning sessions
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in supporting student well-being
- Stay current with best practices and participate in professional development as needed
