Childcare Teachers

• Lead Teachers will be responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and leading a team of assistant teachers and floats.
• Assistant Teachers will support Lead Teachers by assisting with daily activities, guiding children’s learning, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.
• Float Teachers will work in various classrooms as needed, providing support to different groups of children and assisting in maintaining a smooth operation across all age groups.
• Substitute Teachers will fill in for teachers who are absent, ensuring the continued care and education of children in the classroom.

Key Qualifications:

• A passion for working with young children
• High school diploma (required); Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• Experience in childcare or teaching (preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to different classroom settings and age groups
• Must pass background check and meet WI state Department of Children and Family licensing requirements
