Customer Support & Sales Rep

- Base pay: $16.00 per hour.
- Monthly bonus potential: $300 to $616 per month based on key performance metrics such as tickets solved, problem resolution percentage, and sales conversion.

- Weekend requirement: Most schedules require working both weekend days with 2 designated weekdays off.
- Attendance expectation: No significant time off is allowed within the first 30 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support in an on-site environment.
- Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and document interactions accurately.
- Identify customer needs and convert appropriate sales opportunities during service interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly performance goals related to issue resolution, tickets solved, and sales conversion.
- Use basic computer systems and online tools to process information and complete customer support tasks.
- Maintain strong attendance, dependability, and professionalism in a high-volume customer service setting.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Deliver on-site customer support and resolve customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Identify sales opportunities and support conversion goals during customer conversations.
- Use computer systems to complete customer service tasks, assessments, and documentation.
- Meet performance metrics tied to service quality, issue resolution, and sales results.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a standard 7-year background check.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to complete an online computer skills assessment.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends as scheduled.
- Ability to complete mandatory paid training with no time off during the training period.
- Professional presentation for an in-person interview and on-site work environment.
- Must bring an unexpired government-issued picture ID to the interview.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.
- Experience working in a call center, retail, administrative support, front desk, or customer-facing environment is helpful.
- Prior experience meeting performance goals, sales targets, service metrics, or resolution standards is a plus.
