Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) Analyst with hands-on implementation experience across Oracle Health Patient Accounting with a working knowledge of Soarian Financials. The ideal candidate has participated in OHPAC implementations and understands how legacy Soarian Financials workflows and Millennium Patient Accounting configurations translate into the OHPAC solution. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. 
• Analyze existing patient accounting workflows and translate business requirements into OHPAC configuration and solution designs. 
• Apply detailed knowledge of Soarian Financials workflows , including patient accounting, billing, claims, payments, adjustments, financial transactions, and related revenue-cycle processes. 
• Leverage hands-on Oracle Health Patient Accounting build expertise to understand existing configurations and determine how functionality should be migrated, redesigned, or optimized within OHPAC. 
• Perform detailed workflow and configuration assessments across legacy environments. 
• Configure and validate OHPAC functionality based on organizational requirements and Oracle Health implementation standards. 
• Develop and execute functional test scenarios, including unit, system integration, regression, and end-to-end revenue-cycle testing. 
• Support data validation, conversion activities, reconciliation, and financial integrity testing. 
• Collaborate with revenue-cycle SMEs, patient accounting teams, technical teams, integration resources, and Oracle Health implementation stakeholders. 
• Identify gaps between current-state Soarian/Millennium workflows and future-state OHPAC functionality. 
• Document workflows, configuration decisions, business requirements, test scripts, defects, and resolution approaches. 
• Support defect triage and resolution throughout implementation and stabilization. 
• Participate in cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-production support. 

Required Qualifications  

• Direct experience implementing Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC).  
• Strong working knowledge of Soarian Financials patient accounting workflows . 
• Hands-on Cerner Millennium Patient Accounting build/configuration experience.  
• Experience with complex hospital/health-system OHPAC implementations.
• Demonstrated understanding of patient accounting and revenue-cycle workflows from registration through billing, claims, payments, adjustments, and account resolution. 
• Experience translating business and operational requirements into patient accounting system configuration. 
• Experience with healthcare revenue-cycle implementations in hospital/health-system environments. 
• Strong functional analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation skills. 
• Ability to work directly with revenue-cycle stakeholders and technical implementation teams. 

Preferred Qualifications  

• Experience with Soarian-to-OHPAC transformation or migration activities. 
• Experience analyzing and rationalizing existing Millennium Patient Accounting configuration. 
• Experience with financial transaction reconciliation and patient accounting validation. 
• Experience supporting go-live and stabilization activities. 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare IT/revenue-cycle experience.
