Position Summary:

With minimal supervision, you will create and maintain technical documentation to support our organizational operations. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our maintenance tasks.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update user manuals, guides, preventive maintenance work orders, job plans, and technical documentation within the Maximo CMMS.
• Review and validate maintenance instructions against OEM manuals and technical specifications.
• Validate labor estimates, job steps, and task sequencing for accuracy and compliance.
• Revise and standardize documentation to align with OEM procedures and internal standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, reliability engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Support data entry, document control, and configuration management within Maximo.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all technical content.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Ability to meet physical demands associated with a Maintenance function job profile.
• Familiarity with Maximo or other CMMS platforms preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret OEM manuals, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on documentation accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent written communication and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and common PDF editing tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed.

Preferences:

• Trade certification or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
• Previous experience standardizing PM programs or contributing to CMMS improvements or upgrades.
• Knowledge of Lean Maintenance, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), or similar methodologies.
