MLK Community Hospital seeks an experienced Nurse Manager for the EmPATH unit to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, trauma-informed care for patients in behavioral health crises. You will manage a multidisciplinary nursing team and align care with evidence-based guidelines and regulatory requirements in a mission-driven, equity-focused environment.
