Position Summary
- This position is full time remote
- This position is responsible for requesting, following up, and billing fee approval for the Florida team
- Utilize reports and client system steps to process fee requests
- Review, interpret new fee request directives and update fee matrix
- Updating client systems
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by Management.)
- Become an expert with our case management systems and ensure that client expectations are being met.
- Work in all client systems and provide required documents
- Locate file in case management system and reply to client with required document requests
- Examine Florida foreclosure/Litigation files to determine the current status of the file
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years foreclosure knowledge
- Familiar with Foreclosure pleadings and documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Highly organized with strong attention paid to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-starter with exceptional ability to identify and solve problems.
- Able to adjust to the rapid pace of the Department and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Client system knowledge preferred (LPS, VendorScape, ADR, LenStar, etc)
