We're opening Staten Island's first KidStrong Center this summer and looking for Coaches who bring passion, energy, and a genuine love for working with kids. You'll deliver fun, science-based classes for kids from walking age through 11 - building brainpower, physical skills, and character on the blue floor every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coach classes across all age groups (walking through 11) using our evolving Brain, Physical, and Character curriculum.
• Earn Coach Certification through our HQ training program - we invest in you from day one.
• Create positive, high-energy experiences for kids and families before, during, and after every class.
• Run camps during school breaks and support special events like movie nights and birthday parties.
• Build genuine relationships with KidStrong families - our philosophy: families don't leave KidStrong.
• Help execute community events, tabling, and outreach - we're building something new on Staten Island and you'll be part of the story.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance. A great center looks great.

WHO YOU ARE

• Passionate about working with kids - non-negotiable.
• Athletic, coaching, or child development background (pediatric OT/PT a plus).
• High energy with a commanding, engaging presence.
• Comfortable speaking with grown ups about their child's progress and our curriculum.
• CPR certified or willing to certify before starting.
• Self-starter. 18+ years of age. Ready to move - this role is physically active (on your feet, lifting up to 25 lbs, covering miles per shift).
