As the Site Manager, you must exhibit strong leadership and team management skills to effectively motivate and manage your team. Your responsibilities include ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Leading by example, you will set the standard for excellence in customer service, sales, and team management. Your objectives include increasing profitability and driving sales growth. Furthermore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and employees. You must also have a thorough understanding of sales and inventory management and be capable of developing and implementing strategies to boost profitability and sales growth. Supervisory Responsibilities Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department. Oversee the daily workflow of the site. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Setting clear expectations by outlining tasks, goals, and deadlines for team members. Regularly checking in on progress and providing constructive feedback. Encouraging collaboration, recognizing achievements, and addressing any conflicts promptly. Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of the store\'s daily operations, including but not limited to sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. Perform preventative maintenance on the tunnel equipment and general facilities maintenance. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, vendors, and employees. Exemplifies a strong safety mindset and strict adherence to protocols. Performs other duties as assigned.
