Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Hawaii Location: Various Locations Across Hawaii Job Type: Travel/Contract Shift: Days / Nights / Rotating Shifts Schedule: 3×12, 4×10, or 5×8-hour shifts, depending on assignment Position Overview Ambe Healthcare Staffing is hiring experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for contract opportunities across Hawaii. Multiple assignments may be available in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, rehabilitation, and other healthcare settings. Responsibilities Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or provider. Administer medications and treatments as permitted by state regulations. Assist with activities of daily living and patient care needs. Perform wound care, vital signs, and other nursing procedures. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies. Requirements Active LPN/LVN license required. Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred. Current BLS certification required. Recent healthcare facility experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Must be flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
