Leasing Specialist — Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience

You will coordinate move-in packages, inspect units, and keep residents satisfied throughout their lease term. You will stay informed of market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and use OneSite/Yardi to manage availability and data.
