Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Leader to oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and personnel management of a user study site. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving operational excellence while serving as the primary liaison between site teams and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational, communication, and people management skills who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the assigned user study site, ensuring efficiency and compliance with established processes and standards.
• Manage site personnel, including scheduling, performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Oversee site financial performance by monitoring budgets, controlling operational expenses, and supporting resource planning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between site staff and upper management, providing regular updates on operational status, challenges, and opportunities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and overall site performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor site metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless execution of user study operations.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters as appropriate.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives for new team members.
• Ensure all site activities are conducted with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in operations, site management, or facility leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading daily site operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational costs.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make informed business decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
