What You Will Do Lead the full-cycle recruiting process to attract top talent in the software development and insurance industries. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline. Utilize data-driven metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve processes. Foster relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Ideal Candidate Background 410 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within technology or insurance sectors. Proven track record of successfully filling mid-senior level positions in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and its impact on talent needs. Experience utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline hiring processes. Preferred Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business settings. Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness. Knowledge of best practices in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies. Compensation and Benefits The base salary for this role ranges from $170K to $200K, complemented by competitive equity options.
