Job Opportunity: Family or Internal Medicine Physician

Our organization in central Arkansas is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Family or Internal Medicine MD/DO with expertise in geriatrics and dementia care. This position offers not only a vibrant city and state to relocate to but also excellent working hours, a strong work-life balance, and retirement benefits. The total compensation package can reach up to $275,000, with an additional benefit of up to $40,000 annually for student loan repayment. The median total compensation according to MGMA is approximately $250,000, along with numerous other benefits that we would be delighted to discuss!

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • One half-day dedicated to consult management.
  • Opportunities to engage with residency and fellowship programs.
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Possession of at least one active medical license in the state; no history of revoked, suspended, or probationary licenses.
  • MD or equivalent allopathic or osteopathic degree from an accredited institution, or proof of an ECFMG certificate.
  • Completion of residency training.
  • Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after December 31, 1959.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • If from a non-ACGME residency, must provide ECFMG certification and evidence of five years of residency, fellowship, or relevant practice experience in the USA in the applicable field.

  • Accept the offer and complete pre-employment requirements.
  • Undergo onboarding and orientation.
