divh2Front Desk Agent/h2pOur team is looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of front desk operations and be a key person of reference for our guests and vendors. To be successful in this role, you will need to extend professionalism and courtesy, have outstanding communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment./ppThis position may require flexible scheduling availability./ppJob Requirements:/pulliCheck-in/Check-out hotel guests/liliProcess all payments according to established hotel requirements/liliProvide information and assistance to all guests and vendors/liliPrepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team/li/ulpJob Qualifications:/pulliHighly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement/liliMust be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary/liliAbility to work well in stressful situations/liliReadily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service/li/ulpThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
