Overview As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores. You will influence potential customers, fostering relationships, generating enthusiasm for our products, and educating them about renewable energy and storage solutions. Your impact will be measured by your ability to positively influence every individual you encounter, proactively schedule appointments, and expand the Sunrun customer base. Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments. Full benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k) with company match; stock purchase program; paid training; and more. Top performers can earn over $160,000 per year. In California, base pay plus incentives for the first 12 months range from $53,654.40 to $89,534.40. Commit to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays. Reliable transportation within a 15–30 mile radius to manage a multi‑store territory. Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds as part of daily responsibilities.
