As a Maintenance Supervisor at Wentworth, you are responsible for ensuring the community meets and exceeds our standards for safety, appearance and operation within the budgeted financial goals. Our supervisors are hands‑on with diagnosing and repairing areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling and appliances. You are also responsible for managing the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s leasing efforts. Who and what skills are we looking for?
