This rehabilitation nursing position earns a competitive wage of potentially up to $19.60 per hour Up to $17.60/hr. plus the opportunity to earn $2/hr. with our CARES bonus when you meet program requirements. In addition, we are offering a $2000 sign on bonus for a limited time. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you play a vital role in our community. Without you, we would not be able to fulfill our purpose! You provide total care for our residents, starting with carefully assisting with providing activities of daily living (ADLs) to residents (including washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care and catheter care). You perform care as defined by resident plan of care/CNA assignment card. You visit with residents and reposition as required.

With a close eye for detail, you record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight. You also conduct range of motion as needed.


You take great care to observe and report any change in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior that you find when caring for your residents. You live up to the trust of those in your care by maintaining confidentiality and following Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements as well as upholding our facility policies and procedures. Your warm and friendly demeanor makes it easy for you to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and your colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required. Are you trustworthy and respectful of others? Is being dependable, professional, and a team player at the heart of all you do? Do you enjoy serving and caring for seniors? WORK SCHEDULE: This nursing position works 12-hour shifts night and day shifts available.

Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.

3-day weekends every other weekend.

Never work more than 3 days in a row.

7 days off every 14 days.

Average 2 hours of overtime every week.
